Serving: 3 | Type: Veg-Rice
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice -1 ½ cup
Ghee -2tbsp
Cumin -1tbsp
Salt -to taste
Water -3 to 5 cups
Method:
1. Soak the rice for 10 minutes and drain the water and keep it aside.
2. Take a pan heat with ghee then add cumin let it fry
3. Then add rice fry for few minutes then turn off the stove.
4. Take the rice cooker keep the rice and water, mix the salt.
5. Let it cook until rice get soft.
6. Now ready to serve with dhal.Note:
1. Water ratio is depend upon your rice.(1:3) or (1:2)
