Ingredients:
Cooked Rice | -1 ½ cup |
Oil | -3tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -1tbsp |
Channa Dhal(optional) | -2tbsp |
Green Chili(slit) | -3 |
Red Chili | -1 |
Ginger(chopped) | -1tsp |
Turmeric Powder | -½tsp |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Lemon Juice | -3tbsp |
Coriander Leaves(chopped) | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Cook the rice with salt and 1tsp oil, which should help separate the grains.
- Place the rice in a big vessel to cool it down and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil, add mustard, let it crackle.
- Then add all other things fry for 1 minute, then add turmeric powder and pinch salt, then turn off the stove.
- Now add lemon juice.
- Then add it into the rice mix well.
- Now ready to serve.
