Ingredients:
Bell Pepper(cut) | -1 |

Tomato puree | -1 |
Chili Powder | -1tsp |
Garam masala | -1tsp |
Grated coconut | -2tbsp |
Turmeric | -pinch |
Coriander leaves | -Few |
Salt | -to taste |
Cashew nut | -20 |
Oil | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Boil the egg and peel the skin and take out the yellow and cut the whites into pieces and keep it aside.
- Boil the tomato in the microwave for 2 minutes, peel the skin and grind it in the blender and keep it aside.
- Grind the cashew nut with little water like paste and keep it aside.
- Take the pan heat with oil sauté bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes and keep it aside.
- In the same pan and oil sauté onion for 1 minute then add turmeric, salt and tomato puree sauté for 1 minute .
- Now add chili powder, cashew nut paste sauté well until gravy gets thicken.
- Then add fried bell pepper, and boiled egg cook for few minutes.
- Add garam masala, Grated coconut and coriander leaves.
- Serve with white rice or roti.
Note:
- If you want you can add boiled yellow (yolk) at the end.
