Simple Mutton Kuzhambu(Goat Meat Gravy)

 

Serving: 4| Type: Non veg-Gravy


Ingredients:

Goat Meat pieces -500grams
Onion(diced) -1cup
Tomato(diced) -1
Garlic(Cut),Green chili-2 -10
Chili Powder -2tsp
Coriander Powder -3tsp
Meat Masala(optional) -1tsp
Turmeric -¼tsp
Salt -to taste

 

Seasoning:

Oil -3tbsp
Sombu -1tsp
Cumin -½tsp
Fenugreek -¼tsp
Red chili, Kalpasi -1

 

Method:

  1. Take a pressure cooker heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  2. Add onion and garlic sauté with little salt and turmeric for 1 minute.
  3. Then add tomato sauté until tomato get mash then add goat meat sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add all powders mix well for 1 minute then add 2 to 3 cup of water let it cook.
  5. Let 5 whistle come then make it simmer for 10 minutes then turn off the stove.
  6. Let cool down the cooker then open it again boil it until kuzhambu gets thicken.
  7. Serve it with white rice ,roti, idly or dosa.

Note:

  1. You can use any store bought meat masala.
  2. If you want you can increase or decrease the chili powder.
