Ingredients:
Sundakkai ( cut half) |

Seasonings:
Oil |

Mustard |

Uard Dhal |

Method:

Take a heavy bottom pan and heat with oil.

Add seasonings, fry without burning.

Then add onion saute for 30 seconds.

Now add tomato, saute until it gets mashed with little salt and turmeric.

Then add the cut sundakkkai and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

Next add the sambar powder and tamarind pulp.

Mix well and then add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp salt.

Boil it until the vegetable gets soft.

Now add cooked and mashed tur dhal.

Check the salt and spicy and adjust it.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with white rice.
