Turmeric | -¼tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
Oil | -1tbsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
Cumin | -1tsp |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Cut the zucchini into thin 2 inch length .
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Then add chili powder, turmeric powder and salt, then add zucchini sauté well for 3 to 4 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with white rice.
