Beet Root Carrot Poriyal

 

Serving:4 |Type: Veg-Poriyal

Ingredients:

Beet Root(Diced) -1 cup
Carrot(Diced) -1cup
Chili Powder -1tsp
Oil -2tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Red chili -2
Salt -to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  2. Now add beet root sauté for 5 minutes  on medium flame and cover with lid.
  3. Then add carrot sauté with salt and chili powder and cover with lid.
  4. Sauté until both vegetables get soft.
  5. Turn off the stove and serve it with rice.
