Ingredients:

Rice Flour -3cups
Urad Dhal -1 cup
Cumin -1 tbsp
Butter(room temperature) -1tbsp
Asafotida -¼tsp
Salt -taste
Oil -for deep fry

Method:

  1. Wash and boil the urad dhal with 1 cup of water in the pressure cooker.
  2. Until 3 whistle comes then turn off the stove.
  3. Let it cool down then grind it in the mixe like fine paste.
  4. Now mix everything like chappati dough.
  5. Take a pan and heat with oil on medium flame.
  6. Now take a murukku press with 3 star disc fill with dough and press it in the hot oil.
  7. Cook it like crisp on both sides and take out from the oil.
  8. Then store it in the air tight container.
