Vegetable Hakka Sooji Noodles

 Serving: 4 | Type: Pasta / Noodles

Ingredients:

Hakka Noodles -400 grms
Onion diced -1 ½ cup
Ginger, garlic -2inch , 8 to 10
Carrot cut -1cup
Beans Cut -30 to 40 string
Cabbage cut – 2 cups
Oil -4to 6 tbsp
Pepper powder -1 to 2tbsp
Soy sauce -2 to 3tbsp
Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Take a vessel with water and boil the noodles and keep it aside.
  2. Pound the ginger garlic in the mortal and keep it aside.
  3. Take a heavy bottom big pan heat with oil.
  4. Add half of the onion and pounded ginger garlic sauté for a minute.
  5. Now add beans sauté for 3 to 4 minutes , then add carrot sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add cabbage sauté for 30 seconds , then add soy sauce and salt,
  7. Mix well then add cooked noodles mix it well until all coated well.
  8. Then add pepper powder mix well.
  9. Adjust according your taste to add pepper and salt.
  10. Now add rest of the onion mix well for the crunch.
  11. Serve hot with any tomato ketchup.
