Almond Flour Brownie

Almond flour -1 ½ cup
Unsalted Butter -½ cup
Granulated Sugar -¼ cup
Brown Sugar -½ cup
Large Egg -2
Chocolate powder -1 cup
Vanilla Essence -1tbsp
Almonds (Chopped) -1/4 cup(optional)
Salt -a pinch
Chocolate chips -¾ cup
Milk -2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (175˚C)
  2. Take 8” round pan, grease it with non-stick spray.
  3. In a small sauce pan heat it medium heat and melt butter.
  4. After the butter has melted, add the chocolate powder and mix it well.
  5. Next add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix it in.
  6. Turn off the heat and then allow the mixture to cool.
  7. After it has cooled, add one egg at a time and beat it well.
  8. Next add the almond flour, salt, the chopped almond, and ½ of the chocolate chip. (Save ¼ of the chocolate chip for sprinkling on the top.)
  9. Add the milk and mix well with the dry ingredients.
  10. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chip on the top.
  11. Place it into the preheated oven.
  12. Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.
  13. Then check with a skewer.
  14. If the batter sticks to the skewer, then bake it for another 5 minutes.
  15. Then take it out from the oven, let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
  16. Cut it and serve it.

Notes:

I used Nesquick chocolate powder. If you don’t have chocolate powder, you can used about a cup of chocolate chip and melt it slowly with the butter.
