Aval Vadai

Serving: 15 to 20 pieces| Type: Snack


Aval (Poha) -1 ½ cups
Rice Flour -2 to 4tbsp
Onion(Chopped) -½ cup
Green Chili(chopped) -2 to4
Curry Leaves -few
Coriander Leaves -few
Ginger (Minced) -½tsp
Salt -To Taste
Oil -For Deep Fry


  1. Wash the aval and soak it for 10 minutes.
  2. Then mix it everything except oil.
  3. Then make a shape like vada, then deep fry it in the oil on medium flame.
  4. Let it fry until golden and crisp.
  5. Serve with ketchup.
