Broccoli Paratha

Serving: 4 | Type: Roti



Wheat flour -2 cups
Broccoli (shredded ) -1 cup
Onion (finely chopped ) -1/2 cup
Green chili (Chopped) -1
Gram Masala -1/2tsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -1tbsp
Turmeric -pinch



  1. Heat a pan with oil.
  2. Add onion, broccoli and green chili
  3. Then add salt, turmeric and let it cook.
  4. Before removing from heat add the gram masala.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. In a bowl place the wheat flour and add a ½ tsp of oil.
  7. Then add the broccoli mixture and mix all the ingredients with warm water.
  8. Make it into a soft dough, apply ½tsp oil on top.
  9. Let it sit for 2 to 4 hours.
  10. Then make small lemon size balls.
  11. Now roll it like round chappati.
  12. Heat the tawa and cook the chappati on both sides.
  13. Take out from the tawa and cook it on the fire for a second on both sides.
  14. Now apply the ghee on both sides.
  15. Serve with any gravy.
