Chili Chicken

Chili Chicken dry cook


Boneless Chicken -500 grams
Red Chili Powder -2tsp
Chili chicken Masala powder -2tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tsp
Turmeric -¼tsp
Yogurt -2tbsp
Corn Starch -1tbsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -for frying

Chili chicken marinate


  1. Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Marinate all ingredients with chicken and keep it for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
  4. Deep fry the chicken until crisp.
  5. Each time add 6 to 8 pieces chicken then fry it.
  6. Serve like snack or like side dish.
