Ghee(Clarified Butter)


Take a vessel add unsalted butter, melt it on low flame. It will take about 20 minutes.

It should be light brown color and the butter should start foaming at the top. Then you can turn it off.

While turning off the stove add 1 red chili or few curry leaves or few drumstick leaves for good aroma.

You can use the ghee as you like.
