Kodhumai Dosai(Whole Wheat Flour Pan cake)

Ingredients:

 

 

Whole Wheat Flour -1 ½ cup
Rice Flour -3tbsp
Salt -to taste
Water -For mixing

Seasoning:


 

Mustard -1tsp
Onion -¼ cup
Green Chili -2
Curry leaves -few
Coriander Leaves -few
Oil -1tbsp

Method:

 

 

  1. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside.(it should be very thin batter)
  2. Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning then add it into the batter, mix well.
  3. Heat the tawa sprinkle the batter with big spoon  like round shape and cook it one side like light brown(Don’t spread the batter with spoon).
  4. Turn it other side and cook it like brown and remove from tawa.
  5. Serve it with hot chutney.
