Kozhi Keema(minced Chicken Gravy)


Serving:2 Type: non-veg side dish



Chicken minced -200grams
Onion(diced) -1
Tomato(diced) -1(big)
Turmeric -¼tsp
Chili Powder -1tsp
Green chili -2(slit)
Salt -to taste
Coriander Leaves -2tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves -2tbsp(optional)
Ginger garlic Paste -1tsp
Oil -2tbsp
Garam Masala -1tsp



  1. Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green chili sauté with turmeric and salt for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste sauté until raw smell goes then add tomato and fenugreek leaves sauté until tomato get mash.
  3. Now add chili powder mix well then add minced chicken sauté well and cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add 1 cup water cook it for 10 minutes  then add garam masala boil it 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with chappati or rice.


  1. Instead of fenugreek leaves you can add kasoori methi(dried fenugreek leaves).       
  2. Instead of garam masala you can use any store bought chicken masala.
  3. Instead of minced chicken you can use minced goat or lamb.
