Masala Vazhakkai (Raw Banana Masala)

Masala Vazhakkai cook


Raw Banana -2
Turmeric -pinch
Salt -to taste
Oil -4 tbsp


Grind Masala:

Onion -¼ cup
Tomato -1 small
Red chili Powder -1tsp
Garlic -2
Tamarind Paste -½tsp



  1. Cut the banana like round shape and put it in the water.
  2. Take pan heat with oil add all the ingredients with ground masala sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. On medium flame then cover with lid.
  4. After 2 to 3 minutes stir well until banana get soft.
  5. Turn of the heat serve with white rice.
