Muttai Kozhi Masala(shredded Chicken Egg Curry)

Serving:4 | Type: Non Veg-Side Dish

 

Ingredients:

Shredded Chicken -400grams
Chili Powder -1 to 2tbsp
Turmeric -¼tsp
Salt -to taste

 

For seasonings:

Egg -3 to 4
Onion -1 ½ cup
Tomato -1cup
Green Chili(chopped) -2 to 3
Chili Powder -2tsp
Garam Masala -1tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tsp
Turmeric -¼tsp
Salt -to taste
Curry leaves -few
Coriander Leaves -For garnish
Sesame oil -2tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken in the microwave with chili powder, salt and turmeric for 5 minutes.
  2. Mash it lightly and keep it aside.
  3.  Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green chili and curry leaves sauté with turmeric and salt.
  4. Then add ginger garlic paste sauté for 30 seconds, then add tomato.
  5. Sauté with chili powder until tomato get mash.
  6. Now add chicken sauté for 5 minutes, Then make like a well add the eggs in the middle then fold it gently  3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Then add garam masala mix it then cook it for 2 minutes.
  8. Add coriander leaves and serve it.

Note:

  1. Onion should be equal to chicken.
