Mutton Sukka(Goat Meat Dry Curry)

 

Serving: 3 |Type: Non Veg-Side Dish

Ingredients:

Mutton Pieces -400grms
Onion(Chopped) -1
Garlic(cut) -10
Chili Powder -1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
Turmeric -½tsp
Salt -to taste

 

Seasoning:

Oil -2tbsp
Sombu -1tsp
Red chili -4
Onion(chopped) -1
Garlic(cut) -10
Green chili(slit) -1

Method:

  1. Take a pressure cooker add little oil  sauté with onion and garlic for a minute.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste sauté with little salt and turmeric for a minute.
  3. Now add mutton pieces sauté for 5 to 10 minutes, then add chili powder mix well.
  4. Add 1 cup of water then cover with lid.
  5. Let 3 to 5 whistle comes, then keep it simmer for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
  6. Let cool down the cooker and open it, take out the mutton pieces and keep it aside.
  7. Boil the remaining liquid until thicken like paste and keep it aside.
  8. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning with little salt,  then add cooked mutton pieces.
  9. Sauté until all water gets dry then add cooked  paste mix well for 2 minute then turn off the stove.
  10. Serve with rice.Note:
           1. Tomato is Optional.
