Pasi Paruppu Pachai Milagai Murukku(Mung Dhal Green Chili)

 

Serving: 60 to 70 Pieces | Type: Snack/ Deepavali Snack

Ingredients:

Pasi paruppu(mung Dhal) -1 cup
Rice Flour(store bought) -4 cups
Green chili -2 to 4
Asafotida -½tsp
Sesame seeds -2tbsp
Butter -2tbsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -For Frying

 

Method:

 

  1. Cook the pasi paruppu and green chili with water in the pressure cooker.
  2. Then grind it in the mixer like smooth paste.
  3. Now mix everything with hot water.
  4. Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
  5. Take a murukku press with star disc.
  6. Fill with dough and press like round murukku.
  7. Put it in the oil and fry both sides like crisp.
  8. And take out from the oil.
  9. Keep it in the paper towel let observe the oil.
  10. Then store it in the air tight container.
