Quinoa Vendhayam(Fenugreek) Dosai

Ingredients:

Quinoa -2 cups
Vendhayam -1tsp
Urad Dhal -½ cup
Salt -to taste

Method:

  1. Soak all the things except salt for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Grind smoothly with little water.
  3. Add salt mix well and let it sit for overnight or 6 to 8 hours for ferment.
  4. Heat the tawa make like dosa and let it cook for both sides.
  5. Serve with any chutney.
