Sweet Potato Walnut Cranberry salad

Serving: 6 to 8 Person| Type: Salad


Sweet potato(diced) -1cup
Zucchini(diced) -1cup
Avocado firm(diced) -1cup
Colored Bell Pepper(Diced) -1cup
Cucumber(Diced) -1cup
Carrot(shredded) -1cup
Green Apple(diced) -1cup
Walnut -¼ cup
Cranberry -½ cup
Lemon Juice -1 or 2tbsp
Pepper Powder -1 or 2tsp
Salt -to taste
Chaat Masala -1tsp



  1. Take a sweet potato roast it on the stove top for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the skin and wash it and dice it.
  3. Dice the Avocado cook it in the microwave for 1 or 2 minute and keep it aside.
  4. Now mix it everything and serve it.
