Veg Noodles

Serving:4 |Type: Pasta or Noodles

Ingredients:

 

 

Dry Noodles -400grams
Mixed Vegetables -3 to 4 cups
Onion(sliced) -1
Salt -to taste
Chili Sauce -2tbsp
Light Soy Sauce -2tbsp
Tomato Ketchup -2tbsp
Garlic(Minced) -2
White Vinegar -1tsp

Method:

  1. Boil the noodles half-way and drain the water, then rinse it with cold water and keep it aside. (Rinse with cold water to stop the noodles from cooking).
  2. Cut the Mixed vegetables lengthwise, (cabbage, carrot, beans, bell peppers, bean sprouts, bamboo shot, water chestnut  and/or mushroom).
  3. Take a pan heat with 3tbsp of sesame oil, add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Then add onion sauté for 30 seconds now add all sauce mix it well .
  5. Now add vegetables sauté with salt for 4 to 5 minutes, the vegetables should be crunchy, it should not become soft.
  6.  Then add cooked noodles cook it for few minutes. And turn off the stove.
  7. Serve it hot with some extra ketchup.
