Baby Corn Fresh

Baby Corn(cut) -16 OZ
Onion(diced) -3tbsp
Tomato (diced) -1
Turmeric -¼tsp
Chili Powder -1tsp
Garam Masala -1tsp
Garlic Crushed -1(optional)
Salt -to taste
Coriander leaves -few



Oil -2tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Sombu -½tsp
Cumin -¼tsp
Curry Leaves -few



Baby Corn Poriyal Instove

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
  2. Then add onion garlic sauté for a minute, now add tomato, salt and turmeric.
  3. Sauté until tomato get mash, then add corn sauté for 2 to 4 minutes.
  4. Then add chili powder cook well, then add Garam masala mix well.
  5. Until corn get soft the all water dried up.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Then turn off the stove.
  8. Serve with rice.
