Baked Fish

Serving: 4 |Type: Non Veg Poriyal

Ingredients:

Tilapia Fish(Boneless) -2Lbs
Chili Powder -1tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tsp
Turmeric -pinch
Salt -to taste

 

Method:

  1. Cut the fish into Big Pieces.
  2. Mix all other ingredients with fish for marinate.
  3. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. On the baking tray spray cook oil on the top, so the fish does not stick to it.
  5. Now arrange the fish in the baking dish and again spray the cook oil on the top if the fish, so that the fish does not dry out.
  6. Then Bake the fish at 350˚F for 10 minutes on each side.
  7. Finish the fish by broiling it for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the fish from the oven and let it settle for 5-8 min.
  9. Now ready to serve.
