Chili Egg

 

Serving: 4 | Type: Non Veg-Snack / Poriyal

Ingredients:

 

Hard Boiled Egg(Sliced) -6
Corn flour -2tbsp
Rice Flour -2tbsp
Kadalai mavu(Besan,Bengal gram flour) -2tbsp
Chili Garlic Paste -1tbsp
Soy Sauce -1tbsp
Onion(Chopped) -3tbsp
Coriander Leaves(chopped) -2tbsp
Salt -to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate everything for 2 to 3 hours and keep it aside.
  2.  Use egg whites  only while slicing(If you want you can use yolk).
  3. Take a kuzhi Paniyara pan heat with little oil take a spoon full of marinated egg and pour it slowly.
  4. Cook it both sides and take out from the pan.
  5. Serve with Tomato ketchup.
