Color Kos Poriyal (Purple Cabbage Fry)

Serving: 4 |Type: Veg-Side Dish

Ingredients:

Cabbage(Chopped) -350 grams
Oil -1tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -2tbsp
Red or Green chili -3
Curry leaves -few
Salt -to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, then add cabbage.
  2. Sauté with salt for 5 to 8 minutes  then turn off the stove.
  3. If you want very soft, you have to sauté for 3 minutes and cover with lid for 5 minutes on medium flame, then cook it for 3 minutes on open pan then turn off the stove.
  4. Serve with white rice.
