Green Papaya Corn Salad

Serving:4 |Type: Salad


Green Papaya -1cup(shredded)
Carrot -½ cup(shredded)
Frozen Corn -1cup
Tomato -1(chopped)
Onion -2tbsp(chopped)
Green chili -2(slit)
Lemon Juice -2tbsp
Salt -to taste
Black Pepper Powder -1tsp(optional)
Coriander Leaves -few



  1. Microwave the corn for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan heat with 1tsp of oil add shredded papaya sauté for 2 minute and keep it aside.
  3. Take a bowl mix everything check the salt and spiciness.
  4. Now ready to serve.
