Colored Bell pepper(Capsicum)Gravy

Serving: 4 |Type: Veg Gravy


Mixed Bell Pepper -2cups(diced)
Onion -½ cup(chopped)
Tomato -1cup(chopped)
Chili Garlic Paste -2tsp
Garlic Crushed -2
Turmeric -¼tsp
Ketchup -1tbsp
Corn Flour -1tbsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -3tbsp


  1.   Take a pan heat with oil sauté bell pepper for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame and keep it aside.
  2. Same pan add crushed garlic sauté for few seconds then add onion sauté for 2 to 3 minutes with salt and turmeric.
  3. Now add tomato sauté until tomato get mashed, then add chili paste and ketchup cook it until raw smell goes.
  4. Take a corn flour add ¼ cup of water mix well then add it into the gravy.
  5. Boil it until it gets thicken.
  6. Add the sautéd bell pepper, mix it well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves, and turn off the stove.
  8. Serve with roti or fried rice.
