Corn flour Maida Bonda(Allpurpose Flour)

Corn Flour -2tbsp
Maida -1cup
Rice Flour -2tbsp
Green Chili -2(chopped)
Coriander Leaves -2tbsp(chopped)
Curry Leaves -few(chopped)
Baking Soda -¼tsp
Cashew nuts -15 (chopped)
Curd -¼ to ½ cup
Salt -to taste
Chili Powder -½tsp(optional)
Oil -For Frying


  1. Mix everything (except oil ) like thick batter.
  2. If the curd is not enough you can add water for mixing.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
  4. With spoon take the batter and drop the batter in to oil.
  5. Fry until it gets golden then take out from the oil.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.


  1. Instead of spoon you can use your hand.
  2. Add cashewnuts for extra taste.
