Carrot Pickle With Lemon

Carrot -3
Green Chili -2
Lemon Juice -1tbsp
Salt -to taste
Coriander Leaves -1tbsp
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -½tsp
Asafotida -pinch



  1. Peel the skin ,wash and cut the carrot very small and thin, dice the green chili.
  2. Mix the lemon juice , salt and coriander leaves with carrot.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil add mustard seeds let it crackle then add asafetida and green chili cook for few seconds.
  4. Now mix it with pickle.
  5. Serve it with curd rice.
