Bok Choy Poriyal (Bok Choy Fry)

Serving: 2 |Type: Veg- Side dish


Bok Choy(chopped) -2cups
Onion(chopped) -½ cup
Green or red chili -2
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -½tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Salt -to taste



  1. Wash and cut the bok choy .
  2. While cutting the bok choy keep stalk separately and leaf separately.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
  4. Now add onion, chili and chopped stem sauté for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame until stem get soft.
  5. Then add chopped leaves sauté for 3 to 4 minutes now add salt.
  6. Mix well then turn off the stove.
  7. Serve with white rice.
