Green Apple Almond Tomato Soup

 

Serving:4 |Type: Veg-Soup

Ingredients:

Green Apple(diced) -1
Onion(Diced) -¼ cup
Tomato(diced) -1
Carrot(diced) -1
Almond -10
Green chili -1 or 2
Garlic(optional) -2pod
Black Pepper -1tsp
Salt -to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take a carrot and apple peel the skin and cut it and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the almond for 2 minutes in the microwave and peel the skin.
  3. Take a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and all ingredients except salt.
  4. Cook it until 2 whistle comes then turn off the stove.
  5. Let’s cool down the cooker then open it and add salt.
  6. Now smash it with hand blender, if it is too thick add require amount of water then  boil it for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cream or milk.
  8. Serve it hot.

Note:

  1. If you don’t have a hand blender you can use the mixer grinder.
  2. When the boiled vegetables completely get cool then only you can grind.
  3. According to your taste you can adjust the green chili and pepper.
  4. Green apple is also called granny smith apple.
