Healthy Oats Breakfast

Oats Breakfast Cook


Quick Oats -½ cup
Milk -¼ cup
Sliced Almond -1tsp
Cranberry -1tbsp
Walnut -1tbsp
Sun Flower seeds -1tbsp
Flax Seed -1tbsp
Brown Sugar(optional) -1tsp



  1. Take a oats in the microwave safe bowl then add little water and cook it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minute.
  2. Then remove from the microwave mix everything together.
  3. Now ready to serve.
