Bread Pudding

Bread pudding Ready

Ingredients:

Bread pudding Soak

Bread(day old ) -4 to 6 slice
Heavy Cream -½ cup
Egg -1
Chocolate chip -100grams
Whole milk -2 ½
Vanilla essence -1tbsp
Brown sugar -½ cup
Turbinado Sugar -2tbsp

Bread Pudding pour milk

Method:

Bread Pudding in pan

  1. Cube the bread and place it into the baking dish.
  2. Combine all other ingredients (except chocolate chips and Turbinado sugar) mix well.
  3. Then pour it over the bread and sprinkle some chocolate chips and Turbinado sugar on top.
  4. Let it soak for 20 minutes.
  5. Then bake it at 325 at 40 minutes.
  6. Take it out from the oven and let it set.
  7. Then serve it warm.
