Kelvaragu Doasai (Ragi Crepe with Drumstick Leaves)

Ragi Flour -1 cup
Rice Flour -½ cup
Drumstick Leaves -¼ cup
Grated Carrot -1
Salt -to taste
Oil -1tbsp
Onion(chopped) -½ cup
Green chili(chopped) -2
Cumin -1tsp
Curry leaves(chopped) -few
Coriander Leaves(chopped) -few



  1. Mix ragi, and rice flour with water, cumin and salt.
  2. Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves sauté for a minute and mix it with a batter.
  3. Add vegetables and mix it well.
  4. Batter should be very thin.
  5. Heat tawa take a big spoon of batter and spread it on the hot tawa and cook it for 30 seconds.
  6. Turn it on the other side and cook it for another 30 second.
  7. Serve with any chutney.
