Mallithalai Poricha Thovayal(Coriander Leaves Seasoned Chutney)

 

Serving: 2 | Type: Chutney

Ingredients:


Coriander Leaves(chopped) -1cup
Green Chili -4 or 5
Grated Coconut -¼cup
Tamarind -small marble size
Salt -to taste

Seasoning:

Oil -1tbsp
Mustard -1tbsp
Urad Dhal -1tbsp
Asafetida -¼tsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil sauté green chili and coriander leaves for a minute or two and take out the fried things and keep it aside.
  2. Heat with same oil add seasonings fry without burning and keep it aside.
  3. Now grind sauté green chili, coriander leaves , grated coconut, tamarind and salt like coarse paste with little water.
  4. Then add fried seasoning grind it coarsely.
  5. Serve with any tiffin or white rice.
