Chicken Wings Poriyal

 

Serving: 2 | Type: Non-Veg Side Dish

Ingredients:


Chicken Wings -6pieces
Onion(Chopped) -1cup
Turmeric -¼tsp
Chili Powder -1tsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -2tbsp
Sombu -1tsp
Curry Leaves -few
Red Chili -2
Coriander Leaves -few

For Grinding:


Green Chili -2 to 4
Black Pepper -1tbsp
Cumin -½tsp
Sombu -½tsp
Garlic -4
Ginger -1 inch
Onion(chopped) -¼ cup
Grated Coconut -2tsp

Method:


  1. Grind  the above ingredients with little water and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  3. Now add chopped onion sauté for 1 minute with little salt and turmeric.
  4. Then add chicken sauté for 5 to 8 minutes cover with lid.
  5. Now add chili powder and remaining salt then ground paste and little water.
  6. Cook until chicken get soft .
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve with white rice.
