Ingredients:
Chicken Wings | -6pieces |
Onion(Chopped) | -1cup |
Turmeric | -¼tsp |
Chili Powder | -1tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -2tbsp |
Sombu | -1tsp |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Red Chili | -2 |
Coriander Leaves | -few |
For Grinding:
Green Chili | -2 to 4 |
Black Pepper | -1tbsp |
Cumin | -½tsp |
Sombu | -½tsp |
Garlic | -4 |
Ginger | -1 inch |
Onion(chopped) | -¼ cup |
Grated Coconut | -2tsp |
Method:
- Grind the above ingredients with little water and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Now add chopped onion sauté for 1 minute with little salt and turmeric.
- Then add chicken sauté for 5 to 8 minutes cover with lid.
- Now add chili powder and remaining salt then ground paste and little water.
- Cook until chicken get soft .
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with white rice.
