Payatha mavu Badham Laddu (Yellow Mung Dhal Almond Laddu)

 

Serving: 10 to 12 pieces | Type: Deepavali Sweet / Dessert

Almond and mung dhal Laddu cook

Ingredients:

Fried Payatha mavu Powder -1cup
Almond Powder -½cup
Sugar Powder -1 ½ cup
Ghee (warm) ¼ to ½ cup
Cardamom powder -½tsp

Almond and mung dhal mix

Method:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well.
  2. Then add warm ghee little by little and mix well.
  3. Now take lemon size mixture and make it like ball.
  4. Store it in the air tight container.
