Podalangai Thair Pachadi(Snake guard With Yogurt)

 

Serving: 4|Type: Raitha/Salad

Ingredients:

Podalangai (Cut) -1cup
Green Chili -1 or 2
Cumin -½tsp
Garlic(optional)
Salt -to taste
Oil -1tsp
Yogurt -½ cup

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add podalangai and green chili sauté for 2 to 4 minutes.
  2. Then grind with cumin, garlic, salt and ¼ cup yogurt(Grind coarsely).
  3. Now mix remaining yogurt and garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Serve with rice.
