Sambar Vadai(Vada with Lentil Gravy)

Ingredients:

Medhu Vada -8
Sambar -2cups
Coriander Leaves -2tbsp

Method:

  1. Take already prepared vada.
  2. Then take ½ cup of sambar dilute with1 cup of hot water.
  3. Soak the vada in diluted sambar for 15 minutes or until vada get soft.
  4. Then take out the vada from the diluted sambar arrange it into another bowl then pour the remaining sambar on top of the vada.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot.

Note:

  1. Please refer the vada from snack section.
  2. Please refer the hotel sambar from Tiffin- side dish.
