Sautéed Onion Thair Pachadi(Onion With Yogurt Seasoning)


Serving: 4 | Type: Raitha

Ingredients:

Onion(Cut Lengthwise) -1cup
Chili Powder -½tsp
Salt -to taste
Yogurt -1cup
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Red Chili -1
Curry Leaves -few

 

Method:

  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  2. Add onion sauté for 1 or 2 minute then add chili powder mix well sauté another 30 seconds then turn off the stove.
  3. Let it cool down then add yogurt and salt mix well.
  4. If you want you can season it again and serve it.
  5. Serve it with pulav.
