Thai Veg red curry

 

Serving: 6 |Type: Veg-Gravy

Ingredients:

 

 

Mixed Vegetables -4cups
Garlic(chopped) -4
Coconut Milk -½ cup
Thai Red Curry Paste -3tbsp
Salt -to taste
Onion -½ (cut)

 

Method:

  1. Mixed Vegetables:  Carrot, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Bell pepper, water chestnut, Mushroom, Baby Corn, bamboo Shoot and onion.
  2. Take vessel heat 1tbsp sesame oil add chopped garlic and onion sauté for a minute then add 3 to 4 cups of water.
  3. Boil it
  4. Add carrot cook it until half done, Then add all vegetables one by one with salt and red curry paste.
  5. Cook it for five minutes, then add coconut milk boil it for 2minutes  then turn off the stove.
  6. If you want more spicy add 1tbsp of chili garlic paste.
  7. Serve with white rice or fried rice.
