Kothavarangai Poriyal(Cluster beans dry curry)

 

Serving: 3|Type: Veg-Side dish

Ingredients:

Kothavarangai -300grams
Onion -3tbsp
Tomato -3tbsp
Chili Powder -1tsp
Turmeric -pinch
Salt -to taste
Garlic Crushed -1

 

Seasoning:

Oil -2tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Cumin -½tsp
Curry leaves -few

 

Method:

  1. Cut and wash the kothavarangai , Boil it in the pressure cooker with little salt and keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning,
  3. Add onion, garlic sauté for a minute, then add tomato, turmeric and salt sauté until tomato get mash.
  4. Then add chili powder stir it, then add boiled vegetable sauté for 5 minutes  until raw smell is gone.
  5. Serve with rice.
