Veg chicken with Paneer Kurma

 

Serving:4 | Type: Veg-Gravy

Ingredients:

Veg Chicken Pieces -20
Paneer pieces -15
Onion(chopped) -1(small)
Tomato(chopped) -2(small)
Green chili(slit) -1
Ginger garlic Paste -1tsp
Salt -to taste
Coriander Leaves -few

 

Seasoning:

Oil -2tbsp
Sombu -1tsp
Clove, cinnamon -2
Curry leaves -few
Red chili -1

 

For Grinding:

Grated coconut -4tbsp
Cashew nuts -15 pieces
Sombu -1tsp
Cumin -1tsp
Green chili -2
Red chili -2

 

Method:

 

  1. Grind the above ingredients with water and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the veg chicken pieces with little salt and drain the water and keep it aside.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  4. Add onion and green chili sauté for a minute then add ginger garlic paste
  5. Sauté for a minute then add tomato and salt sauté until tomato get mash.
  6. Then add cooked chicken pieces and ground paste boil it for 10 minutes.
  7. Now add paneer pieces and coriander leaves cook for 2 to4 minutes.
  8. Then turn off the stove.

Note:

  1. Veg chicken is called veg soy protects.
  2. You can get all American groceries in the freezer section.
