7 cup Cake( Burfi)

Serving: 20 to 25 pieces| Type: Sweets \ Deepavali Sweets

Ingredients:

Besan(Kadalai Maavu) -1 cup
Grated Coconut -1cup
Milk -1cup
Ghee -1cup
Sugar -3cups

Method:

  1. Mix everything in the heavy bottom pan and cook it on medium flame.
  2. Stir it continuously until it gets thicken and it leave the sides.
  3. Take a tray apply ghee.
  4. This hot mixture should be thick idly mavu.
  5. Now pour the hot mixture on the tray and spread it evenly.
  6. Let it sit until it gets warm and cut it what shape you like.
  7. Store it in the air tight container.
