Serving: 12 to 15 pieces| Type: Roti

Ingredients:

Maida -3 cups
Fine Sooji -3tbsp
Baking Powder -1tsp
Baking Soda -½tsp
Sugar -1tsp
Salt -1tsp
Yogurt -½ cup
Ajwan(oomam) -1tbsp
Oil -2tbsp
Milk -¼ cup

Method:

  1. Mix everything first then add little water and make like chappati dough.
  2. Cover with lid and let it sit for 6 to 7 hours.
  3.  After 7 hours mix well and make lemon size balls.
  4. Then roll it like round and deep fry it on both sides.
  5. Serve with channa.
