Chili Veg Fried Rice OR Thai Veg Fried Rice

 

Serving: 4| Type: Veg-Rice

Ingredients:

Basmati Rice -2cups
Beans(Cut small) -15
Carrot(cut Small) -1
Peas ¼ cup
Mushroom(Cut) -10
Onion(Diced) -1(Red)
Garlic (Chopped) -2
Ginger garlic Paste -1tsp
Sesame oil, =2tbsp
Chinese  chili paste -2tbsp
Salt and soy sauce -to taste
Coriander Leaves -few

Method:



  1. Cook the rice with 4cups of water and little salt and 1tbsp of oil.
  2. Spread the rice in the big bowl and let it cool.
  3. Take a pan heat with oil add chopped garlic sauté for a 30 seconds.
  4. Add onion, ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute or 2 then add all vegetables sauté until half cooked.
  5. Then add salt, chili paste,soy sauce 1tbsp and coriander leaves sauté for 2 minutes then add cooked rice fry it for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
  6. Serve hot with any gravy or raitha.

Note:

  1. You can use previous day cooked rice .
  2. You can use whatever vegetable you like.
