Idly Uppma( Idly Talippu) Thalucha Idly

Serving: 2/ Type: Tiffin/ Breakfast

Ingredients:

Idly -8
Onion(chopped) -3tbsp
Oil -2tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tbsp
Red Chili -2 (broken)
Curry Leaves -few

Method:

 

      1. Take a cup of warm water and add ¼ tsp salt mix it well.
      2. Take each idly soak for 10 seconds and squeeze the water and crumbled the idles and keep it aside.
      3. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry with out burning then add onion saute for 40 seconds.
      4. Now add crumbled idly mix well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off the stove.
      5. Serve with any chutney or sambar.

Note:

        1. If you want you can Garnish with coriander leaves.
        2. You can add green chili.
        3. This one is very mild food no masala.
        4. Without onion also you can make this.
