Macaroni Soup with Tofu and Tomato

Serving: 2 |Type:  pasta

Ingredients:

Macaroni -1 cup
Onion(chopped) -½ cup
Tomato(chopped) -½ cup
Green Chili -2
Chili Powder -½tsp
Salt -to taste
Water -3 cups
Coriander Leaves -2tbsp
Tofu cubes -10 to 15

Seasoning:

Oil -2tbsp
Sombu -½tsp
Cumin -½tsp
Red Chili -1
Curry Leaves -few

Method:

  1. Take a deep dish pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
  2. Now add onion and green chili sauté for 1 minute then add tomato and salt sauté until tomato get mash add chili powder and water.
  3. Boil it now add macaroni cover with lid cook it for until macaroni get soft, then add tofu, cook it for 3 minutes and turn off the stove.
  4. If it is too thick, add some more water while boiling.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve it like a soup.

Note:

  1. If you want you can add mixed vegetable.
  2. If you don’t want tofu you can avoid it or you can replace it with paneer.
